Bidford Band CD
In 2001, after much deliberation, the band produced a CD. This was not just a collection of studio recorded dance tracks but also a souvenir containing some early recorded material. It includes the voices of Ken Clark, Joe Hodgson and three of John Chapman's celebrated singing squares. It was intended to capture a little of the atmosphere of the Bidford dances with other reminders from when the band was playing. We indulged ourselves, enjoyed doing it and still haven't recouped the production costs! We didn’t expect it to make the hit parade, but hope you will enjoy it. If you are interested in purchasing a copy then please contact Tony Critchley on (UK) 01543 264590. If you click on the underlined tracks you should hear a short sample of the recording (MPEG 3 format).
